About
My Story

Hey, I’m Evan and I had a problem.
I’d write down something valuable (usually that I heard from someone else), but then never review or implement anything that I wrote. I had notes scattered everywhere and it was overwhelming. Important opportunities were falling through the cracks.
What was the point?
Why write stuff down if I never did anything with?
The point of capturing things was to help me, not to hold me back or make me feel guilty.
I knew needed a system to fix this.
Somewhere to capture things and reminders in my face about what I captured.
But if I’m going to stick to a system, especially a new one, that bad boy has to be powerful and practical. With zero headaches. Somewhere to capture things and reminders in my face about what I captured.
I wanted to be able to look back and see what I learned and when. What I was thinking. What I was grateful for. Maybe even avoid tripping over the same rock twice.
Here’s the kicker: None of the productivity systems I experimented with worked. Not for my monkey brain. Some parts of some systems were cool, maybe even powerful. But as a whole, nothing accomplished what I had in mind.
So I rolled up my sleeves and got to work.
My goal was simple: blend the best productivity methods in one effortless tool. A one-stop shop to dump, organize, and execute on every “important” note my ADHD brain threw at me.
It took the entirety of 2024 to make my vision a reality. After 1000+ hours in labor…
I’m delivering my brain child to the world.
The Ultimate Life System is the synthesis of all my trials and errors in organizing life's complexities. It’s everything I’ve learned. It’s the solution I needed.
I hope it helps you as much as it’s helped me.
